Duties & Responsibilities
Assist in recruitment and induction of seasonal employees as outlined in the recruitment procedures and according to the company’s policy.
Monitoring seasonal and salaried staff terminations and ensure that these are done in line with relevant statutory requirements.
Assist in disciplinary and grievance issues in line with the code of conduct.
Maintain an effective Records Management System.
Maintain human resources data base to ensure correct recording of all staff and employment related information as required.
Gather, compile and produce a final salary input schedule for payroll extraction every month with no or minimal errors
Attend and resolve all payroll related queries
Reconcile and prepare weekly and monthly canteen bills for payment on time.
Prepare canteen apportionment cost for all departments.
Other roles as may be required from time to time
Adhere to policies, procedures and work instructions in line the requirements of Safety, Health, Environment and Quality systems
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES
â– Diploma/ Degree in Human Resources Management or any other Social Science degree.
â– At least 2 years experience within the field of Human Resourceses
