The incumbent will be responsible for the following, among others:
- Developing property development strategies and oversees implementation.
- Coordinating and managing the valuation process.
- Carrying out property development and project management
- Maintaining building plans & town planning records register
- Selecting and appointing contractors.
- Conducting property valuation and building insurance
- Conducting property market and building cost research
- Preparing project outline & viability reports
- Securing town planning approvals
