Manage safety, health and environmental aspects at the organisation in line with the applicable statutory instruments.
Implement the HSMS and EMS in the Plant
Define the detailed methodology for carrying out of all jobs in accordance to safety requirements, priorities, resources, skills coordination and supervision
Ensure that all the necessary materials are available for the planned operations and meet the required quantity and quality
Prepare time and cost estimates for work orders and job plans to help optimize resource allocation
Formalize and update:
Detailed job plans for important maintenance operations (technically and or financially important)
Records and statistics
Technical documentation
Define specifications of sub-contracted jobs together with the Head of Mechanical or Electrical departments
Draw up regular inventories of the spare parts and ensure their availability in coordination with the Stores
Maintain and update information and date in CMMS/Maximo/SAGE X3
Plan major equipment annual overhauls
Draw up technical specifications for the purchase of spare parts
Manage general and specific technical documentation
Manage equipment codification
At least 3 years’ experience as a Planner or Electrical / Mechanical Inspector
At least 5 years’ experience in Cement or Heavy Industry
3 years’ experience with the use Microsoft Project or PRIMAVERA
