  • Manage safety, health and environmental aspects at the organisation in line with the applicable statutory instruments.

  • Implement the HSMS and EMS in the Plant

  • Define the detailed methodology for carrying out of all jobs in accordance to safety requirements, priorities, resources, skills coordination and supervision

  • Ensure that all the necessary materials are available for the planned operations and meet the required quantity and quality

  • Prepare time and cost estimates for work orders and job plans to help optimize resource allocation

  • Formalize and update:

    • Detailed job plans for important maintenance operations (technically and or financially important)

    • Records and statistics

    • Technical documentation



  • Define specifications of sub-contracted jobs together with the Head of Mechanical or Electrical departments

  • Draw up regular inventories of the spare parts and ensure their availability in coordination with the Stores

  • Maintain and update information and date in CMMS/Maximo/SAGE X3

  • Plan major equipment annual overhauls

  • Draw up technical specifications for the purchase of spare parts

  • Manage general and specific technical documentation

  • Manage equipment codification



  • At least 3 years’ experience as a Planner or Electrical / Mechanical Inspector

  • At least 5 years’ experience in Cement or Heavy Industry

  • 3 years’ experience with the use Microsoft Project or PRIMAVERA
