The initiation and design of leadership development training programmes to cater for the changing business needs of the organization including training of Team Leaders Supervisory and Managerial staff
The full implementation and use of the SAP HRD Module
Companywide induction and reinduction programmes for employees and contractors
Qualifications and experience
Degree in Human Resources or Social Science a must
IPMZ Training Diploma or equivalent
At least 5 years working experience in leadership and supervisory training of which 3 years must be at managerial level
