Duties and Responsibilities:<ul><li>Facilitate and accelerate the introduction and acceptance of new products and solutions in the market. </li><li>Drive acceptance and usage initiatives that require market engagement, coordination, and collaboration. </li><li>Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.</li><li>Compiling the quarterly and monthly plans on agreed metrics including Target Volumes, Revenue, Acceptance footprint (metrics like new merchants, categories, and operational efficiency).</li><li>Communicate customer and prospect product pain points to appropriate departments. </li><li>Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort. </li><li>Engagements with merchants, acquirers and third parties. Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.</li><li>Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services. </li><li>Continuously improve through feedback </li><li>Explore new places to deploy products and push for electronic ways to pay for goods and services.</li></ul>﻿Qualification and Experience:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing and Communications.</li><li>At least 3 years in a similar role.</li><li>Currently working in the Fintech sector.</li></ul>
