The role involves coordinating the claims process, ensuring timely settlements, compliance with regulations, and delivering excellent service to clients and stakeholders.&nbsp;NB- This position is based in Mauritius&nbsp;Key Responsibilities• Handle non-motor claims in line with company proceduresand KPIs.• Advise policyholders on the claims process and provideguidance throughout.• Keep clients regularly informed on the status of theirclaims until completion.• Ensure timely claim finalization within set KPIs andclearly explain outcomes, especially in cases of non-coverage.• Provide regular statistics and information to reportingline and other departments as needed.&nbsp;&nbsp;Job Requirements• Bachelor’s Degree in Insurance and Risk Management&nbsp;• At least two years experiences in the Insurance Sector,with knowledge of the scope of claims.&nbsp;• Good written and oral skills in English and French.
