<h2>Key Responsibilities</h2> Recruitment &amp; Selection<ul><li>Assist in developing job descriptions, advertising vacancies, and shortlisting candidates.</li><li>Coordinate and participate in interviews and selection processes.</li><li>Manage onboarding and induction programs for new employees.</li></ul> Employee Relations<ul><li>Act as a point of contact for employees on HR-related queries.</li><li>Support in handling disciplinary, grievance, and conflict resolution matters.</li><li>Foster positive workplace relations and employee engagement initiatives.</li></ul> Performance Management<ul><li>Support the implementation of performance appraisal systems.</li><li>Assist managers in setting performance goals and monitoring progress.</li><li>Provide reports and insights on employee performance trends.</li></ul> Training &amp; Development<ul><li>Identify training needs in collaboration with line managers.</li><li>Organize internal and external training programs.</li><li>Maintain records of training activities and evaluate effectiveness.</li></ul> HR Administration<ul><li>Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.</li><li>Prepare HR reports and ensure timely submission.</li><li>Manage leave, benefits, and payroll-related information in coordination with Finance.</li></ul> Compliance &amp; Policy<ul><li>Ensure adherence to labor laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies.</li><li>Contribute to updating HR policies and procedures.</li><li>Monitor compliance with disciplinary and grievance processes.</li></ul> <h2>Qualifications &amp; Skills</h2><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or related field.</li><li>At least 2–4 years of HR experience (depending on company size).</li><li>Good knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.</li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office and HR Information Systems (HRIS).</li></ul>
