Responsibilities· Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs, ensure that procurement policy and guidelines support the needs of the organisation, and that best practise is delivered.· Support the procurement team in the delivery of procurement strategies relating to all spending areas.· Support the procurement team on complex negotiations to optimise overall commercial position.· Manage the end-to-end procurement process for key contracts in collaboration with key business areas.· Develop supplier strategies as appropriate.· Ensure processes and procedures are fully documented and followed.· Deliver competitive advantage through cost savings, lifecycle value generation, demand management.· Evaluating and strategic sourcing of potential suppliers.· Devising initiatives to drive procurement performance.· Negotiating contracts with vendors to secure the best deals and terms.· Maintaining advantageous relationships with suppliers and managing disputes.· Monitoring supplier performance for optimal business operations performance.· Forecasting to predict future demand for goods, services, and purchase requisitions.· Collaborating with internal departments to ensure procurement needs are met. Requirements· BSc degree in supply chain management and logistics· A minimum of 3 years of experience in Procurement management.Experience in the Construction Industry is an added advantage.
