KEY RESPONSIBILITIES<ul><li>Responsible for monitoring stock levels &amp; maintaining stocks at the correct level at all times</li><li>Monitor and maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing feed ingredients and finished products.</li><li>Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock counts and reconcile variances.</li><li>Work closely with procurement, production, and warehouse teams to coordinate stock movements.</li><li>Ensure proper documentation of stock transactions in the system.</li><li>Track expiry dates, shelf life, and storage conditions of all stock items.</li><li>Generate timely stock reports for management review.</li><li>Adhere to safety, hygiene, and biosecurity protocols in all stock handling processes.</li></ul> QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES<ul><li>A Diploma/Degree in Stock Management or equivalent</li><li>At least 2 years of experience in stock control or inventory management,</li><li>Preferably in a manufacturing or agricultural environment.</li></ul>
