PROPERTY PORTFOLIO AND SERVICES MANAGER

Key Responsibilities&nbsp;<ul><li class="ql-align-justify">Overseeing property leasing, rent reviews, and lease administration to ensure compliance with lease terms and conditions.</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Implementing property management strategies, analyse performance, and prepare regular reports on portfolio performance and taking corrective action.</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Formulating and implementing an annual CRM strategy, engaging with tenants to maintain relationships and resolve queries.</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Generating and maintain third-party fee income by marketing services and executing property management mandates.</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Providing high-level service and engagement with stakeholders, consistent with strategic objectives.</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Conducting market research on rental rates and review rental and operating cost budgets to ensure alignment with market rates.</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Preparing the unit budget and monitoring the unit expenditure in line with the budget.</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Advising tenants on space planning, negotiate contracts with service providers, and implement property maintenance and refurbishment programs.</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Providing leadership, coaching, and mentorship, manage performance and resources, and ensure adequate staffing and training programs.</li></ul>&nbsp;Qualifications and Experience Required <ul><li class="ql-align-justify">BSc in Rural &amp; Urban Planning, Real Estate, Property Management, or Facilities Management.</li><li class="ql-align-justify">A professional qualification property management/property investments or related qualification.</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar or related environment, with at least 2 years in a managerial role in a fairly-sized property management and real estate company.</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Membership of a professional body is required.</li></ul>
