<h4><strong>Qualifications &amp; Experience:</strong></h4><p><br></p><ul><li>At least 5 O Levels including Mathematics and English.</li><li>Certificate in Tyre Fitting or related mechanical discipline.</li><li>Minimum 5 years’ experience in a workshop or heavy vehicle maintenance environment.</li><li>&nbsp;Experience using tyre diagnostic equipment will be an added advantage.</li></ul><p><br></p><h4> <strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></h4><p><br></p><ul><li>&nbsp;Inspect truck tyres for pressure levels, tread depth, wear patterns, valve condition, and overall tyre health.</li><li>Identify tyre faults caused by suspension, alignment, or operational wear and report findings to supervisors.</li><li>&nbsp;Ensure all trucks are fitted with properly inflated spare tyres and that wheel nuts are secure and torqued correctly.</li><li>Repair and replace tyres in accordance with manufacturer specifications and vehicle repair standards.</li><li>Recommend tyre repair or replacement based on wear patterns and operational safety requirements.</li><li>Perform tyre rethreading for trucks and off-road vehicles where applicable.</li><li>&nbsp;Install new tyres and carry out tyre changeovers as required.</li><li>Balance tyres and perform wheel alignment procedures.</li><li>Respond to tyre-related roadside breakdowns and provide emergency support.</li><li>Monitor tyre diagnostic equipment and ensure proper maintenance and calibration.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of tyre maintenance and complete job cards for all work performed.</li><li>Supervise and guide tyre fitters to ensure productivity and compliance with workshop standards.</li><li>Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations in the tyre section.</li><li>Maintain high housekeeping standards within the workshop environment.</li><li>&nbsp;&nbsp;Carry out any other related duties as assigned by management.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p>
