Qualifications <ul><li>At least 5 O Levels including Mathematics and English Language</li><li>At least 2 A Levels</li><li>Degree in Supply Chain Management or Equivalent; </li><li>Diploma in Freight Forwarding Practice (FFP) is a must, </li><li>Diploma in Customs Legislation &amp; Procedures (CLP) is an added advantage; </li><li>Class 4 Drivers’ Licence</li></ul> Experience Required <ul><li> At least 3 years of relevant experience in road freight coordination.</li><li>Proven experience in managing high volumes of truck movements for mineral exports and break-bulk imports.</li><li>Sound understanding of transport industry regulations and statutory compliance.</li><li>Experience managing transport operations and logistics service providers.</li></ul> Main Duties and Responsibilities <ul><li>Coordinate and assign transporters for the movement of shipments from ports, within Zimbabwe, and to regional destinations.</li><li>Monitor and track trucks in transit; provide clients with timely updates.</li><li>Oversee and facilitate efficient border clearance procedures.</li><li>Ensure timely delivery of shipments to customers upon arrival in Zimbabwe.</li><li>Liaise with suppliers to confirm order readiness and arrange loading schedules.</li><li>Compile accurate documentation to support invoicing processes.</li><li>Process CD3 forms and truck e-manifests in accordance with regulatory requirements.</li><li>Manage truck and driver allocation, schedules, and performance.</li><li>Handle administrative duties including file creation, documentation, and invoicing.</li><li>Maintain and manage proof of deliveries (PODs) to ensure accountability and compliance.</li></ul>
