SENIOR ANALYST-PRIVACY  COMPLIANCE

<h3>QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE</h3><p>The ideal candidate should have:</p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Law, Information Security, Data Privacy or related field.</li><li>Certifications such as Data Protection Officer, CIPP/E, CDPSE, ISO 27701 Lead Implementer/Auditor are advantageous.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>At least 4 years’ experience in privacy compliance, data protection or related area.&nbsp;</li></ul><h4>KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</h4><ul><li>Support the implementation and monitoring of the organisation’s privacy compliance framework.</li><li>Conduct regular reviews, audits and gap assessments of data protection controls.</li><li>Assist in the preparation and maintenance of Records of Processing Activities (RoPAs).</li><li>Support the execution of data protection impact assessments (DPIAs) for existing processes and new projects and initiatives.</li><li>At least 4 years’ experience in privacy compliance, data protection or related area.</li><li>Monitor, investigate and report on data privacy incidents and breaches.</li><li>Assist in handling data subject rights requests in compliance with applicable regulations.</li><li>Prepare compliance reports and dashboards for management and regulator (Data Protection Authority).</li><li>Conduct staff awareness and training sessions on data protection requirements.</li><li>Track and analyze changes in privacy regulations and advise on necessary compliance measures.&nbsp;</li></ul>
