<h4>Academic Qualifications Required:</h4> <ul><li>Degree in Marketing.</li></ul> <h4>Experience Required:</h4><ul><li>A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role.</li></ul> <h4>Job Overview:</h4> <ul><li>Reporting to the Group Commercial Director, your role as a Business Head is key to the management team. This role requires due attention and diligence. The job requires (problem solving skills and a high level of motivation to attain set objectives).</li></ul>&nbsp;<h4>Key Responsibilities:</h4> a) Market Development:<ul><li class="ql-align-justify">Create a customer data base for the organization`s key customers in the Mining, Logistics and Agriculture sectors of Zimbabwe.</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Monitor the major sectoral and other demand drivers in order to guide decision making on stocking and stock level alignment.</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Implementation of the requisite organizational sales structures within the organization, train sales staff and implement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and performance management systems to ensure delivery of the strategy and performance goals of the organization.</li><li class="ql-align-justify">&nbsp;Monitor and appraise the effectiveness of the Distribution network in servicing our customers, and keeping costs to within or below budgeted levels.</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Develop new markets for organization`s products in conjunction with other BU operations personnel.</li><li class="ql-align-justify">&nbsp;Deliver on organization’s sales and revenue growth ambition through a one stop shop strategy, product sales and support representation and product development plans &amp; activities to support the equipment and parts needs of our customers;</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Oversee Procurement, stock control and Inventory, pricing and costing.</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Expenditure overview</li><li class="ql-align-justify">&nbsp;Overview of invoice processing, receipt and delivery of sales.</li><li class="ql-align-justify">&nbsp;Drive organization’s visibility in the market, devise advertising campaigns in line with Group Marketing strategy.</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Budget preparation and overview.</li><li class="ql-align-justify">&nbsp;&nbsp;Stakeholder management</li><li class="ql-align-justify">&nbsp;Final authority on customer complaints</li><li class="ql-align-justify">OEM/Supplier Management</li><li class="ql-align-justify">&nbsp;Any other duties that may be assigned by you superiors.</li></ul> b) Corporate Governance:<ul><li class="ql-align-justify">&nbsp;Ensure the organization`s internal policies and procedures, legal and regulatory guidelines are adhered to by yourself and subordinates.&nbsp;</li></ul> c)&nbsp;Stakeholder Management :<ul><li>Communicate and maintain trust relationships with business partners, sector focused organization/ associations and authorities;</li></ul> d)&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Finance:<ul><li>Have an oversight of the financial aspect of the business and review internal controls</li></ul> e)&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Any other duties as may be assigned by your superiors.
