Graphic Design & Social Media Management Graduate Trainee

Duties and Responsibilities Graphic Design<ul><li>Event communications materials (e.g., posters, e-mailers, banners, and short videos)</li><li>Newsletter design</li><li>Layout and formatting of reports, publications, and research summaries</li><li>Other graphic design work is reasonably required</li><li>Social Media Management</li><li>Design and schedule social media content across LinkedIn, Twitter/X /X, Facebook, and Instagram</li><li>Support the communications team with basic content repurpose and captioning</li><li>Monitor engagement and ensure timely publication aligned with the communications manager calendar</li></ul>Database Management<ul><li>Maintain and update communication-related databases, including mailing lists, contact directories, and stakeholder records</li><li>Support tagging, segmentation, and clean-up of data for improved targeting and engagement</li><li>Assist in preparing and managing distribution lists for newsletters, event invites, and other outreach activities</li></ul> Requirements<ul><li>A Degree in Graphic Design</li><li>Demonstrate experience in both graphic design and social media management. </li><li>Share examples of design work done (portfolios where possible).</li><li>Be familiar with professional brand standards and visual consistency.</li></ul>
