<p>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</p><ul><li>The role will be responsible for:</li><li>Managing day-to-day warehouse and dispatch operations</li><li>Ensuring customer order fulfilment on time and in full.</li><li>Ensuring timely and accurate order processing.</li><li>Maintaining optimal stock levels &amp; ensuring integrity of stock is preserved.</li><li>Ensuring performance improvement in the warehouse and dispatch processes through data analysis &amp; continuous improvement processes.</li><li>Ensuring loss prevention in line with set controls whilst leading, managing &amp; developing a high-performing Warehouse &amp; Dispatch team aligned with Company HR Policy, Values &amp; Behaviours</li><li>Ensuring the stock management system is strictly adhered to and maintained in accordance with company SOPs.</li><li>Liaising with suppliers, transporters, and internal departments to ensure efficient distribution of stock.</li><li>Managing costs through waste reduction initiatives.</li><li>Ensuring high safety and quality standards are maintained in all activities and processes.</li></ul><p>QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES</p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management </li><li>Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in warehouse, logistics, or dispatch management in an FMCG environment</li><li>Strong leadership and team management skill.</li></ul>
