Duties/ Responsibilities


  • Assists clients in identifying gaps and impact of IFRS implementation to their businesses
  • Develops and updates templates, support documents, compliance checklists and /policy manuals.
  • Develops and updates learning material for all courses.
  • Monitors Accounting, Taxation and legislative developments and rollout training to clients
  • Develops training courses / workshop sessions (as required)
  • Researches topical issues for inclusion in monthly technical issues
  • Provides technical opinions on accounting and legislative developments
  • Performs technical reviews on Annual Financial Statements
  • Performs research on accounting and taxation and new standards
  • Develops guidance documents on new developments
  • Provides guidance on the application of Companies Act legislation
  • Develops and keeps partnerships with regulators/authorities and standard setting bodies


Qualifications & Experience


  • A degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Must have Completed ACCA or pursue CTA certification
  • Must have Sound knowledge of International Accounting standards/International Reporting Standards
  • Currently pursing Tax Training Programmes with recognised Institution
  • At least 2 years of working experience in audit firm an advantage
