Duties & Responsibilities
- Ensures that corporate goals are always embedded in branch operational plan.
- Adheres to high ethical standards, and comply with all regulations/applicable laws
- Ensures excellent customer care and relationship management
- Timely submission of appropriate reports and returns to the appropriate Head Office departments.
- Prepares branch operational plan for the year.
Qualifications & Experience
- At least 2-3 years banking experience at supervisory level
- A degree in banking, finance, management, business or accounting
- A certificate in micro finance is a must
- Professional qualification eg CIS, CIMA, ACCA will be an added advantage
