Duties & Responsibilities


  • Ensures that corporate goals are always embedded in branch operational plan.
  • Adheres to high ethical standards, and comply with all regulations/applicable laws
  • Ensures excellent customer care and relationship management
  • Timely submission of appropriate reports and returns to the appropriate Head Office departments.
  • Prepares branch operational plan for the year.


Qualifications & Experience


  • At least 2-3 years banking experience at supervisory level
  • A degree in banking, finance, management, business or accounting
  • A certificate in micro finance is a must
  • Professional qualification eg CIS, CIMA, ACCA will be an added advantage
