Duties and Responsibilities;

  • Maintains an up-to-date customer mandates and signature database.
  • Recovers of bank charges
  • Maintains sufficient stocks of stationery.
  • Processes of local RTGS transactions and foreign telegraphic transfers.
  • Raises and acquitting CD1 Forms.
  • Reconciles of suspense and control accounts daily.
  • Resolves queries.


Qualifications and Experience;

  • A certificate in ‘A’ Level.
  • IOBZ Certificate or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year relevant experience.
