Responsible for achieving commercial layers rear and production set targets and specifications
Responsible for managing the Layers Rearing and Production team
Responsible for meeting Commercial Layer Rearing targets
Responsible for meeting table egg production target
Ensures that biosecurity, QA SOPs, animal welfare, Financial SOPSs, and S.H.E standards are adhered to at all times by Layer Rearing and Production team
Responsible for all Layer Rearing and Production assets, equipment & stocks
Responsible for compiling budgets for the sites and managing expenditures to be within the set targets.
Responsible for all HR-related issues including leave, overtime, recruitment, disciplinary issues, staff motivation, and team building.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor of Science Degree Honors in Animal Science or equivalent.
At Least 3 Years of relevant experience in the Poultry Industry.
