Stock Controller

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Responsible for Vehicle Workshop Stock control

2. Responsible for budgeting and budgetary control for the Vehicle Workshop

3. Responsible for all Vehicle Workshop Financial Reporting.

4. Coordinates and supervises all monthly stock counts for all Workshop stocks

5. Prepares monthly stock sheets for use by stock counters

6. Implement appropriate stock control systems with the assistance of the Stocks Accountant to prevent error and fraud

7. Monitors and enforces finance SOPs, reports to the Workshop Manager and Finance Manager on any violations, and recommends improvements in the SOPs

QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES

· Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance

· At least 1 year of working experience

· Good understanding of various financial standards

· Excellent accounting software skills and understanding

· Excellent planning and problem-solving skills

· Strong administration skills
