· Service and maintain existing accounts
· Re-broking and report writing on existing and prospective accounts
· Preparation of insurance register and agendas, attending to day to day queries and assisting Client Relations Manager and/or Divisional Manager
· Assist in conducting of insurance review meetings (claims and underwriting)
· Credit controlling, account reconciliation
· Register new claims and prepare claims statistics / claims processing and settlement timeously
· On the job training of subordinates
· Carry out other related duties from time to time as and when required by relevant authority
· Degree in Insurance and Risk Management and/or any other Professional Insurance Qualifications (AIISA, ACII, IIZ Diploma)
· At least 5 years’ relevant working experience and 2 years experience in a similar role.
