Duties and Responsibilities:
- Controlling team to ensure production efficiencies of 85%
- Ensuring accurate booking of finished goods into stores.
- Monitoring raw material usage and ensuring that machines are filled continuously with correct material
- Monitoring machine and mould performance
- Reporting/Attending to machine faults within the shift. Reporting any maintenance issues to Maintenance Team leader.
- Root cause analysis/Problem solving & investigation.
- Spares requests and critical spares requisition
- Drawing up plant budgets & budget control
- Routine meetings & feedback/Employee or Departmental engagements.
Qualifications and Experience:
- A Degree in mechanical and Electrical Engineering.
- Training in supervisory management is an added advantage.
- At least 3 years’ experience in a supervisory role.
