THE PERSON:
 
The person should have the following :
 
- 5 O Levels including Maths and English.
 - Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration.
 - A Masters in Business Administration will be an added advantage.
 - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
 - Strong leadership and problem solving skills.
 - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
 - 5 years’ experience in Administration.
 
 
THE JOB
 
The job involves overseeing the following areas :
 
- Transportation -Oversee the maintenance and coordination of company vehicles, drivers and transportation services.
 - Landscaping-Ensure the upkeep and maintenance of our premises, including gardens ,grounds and exterior facilities.
 - Canteen -Manage the daily operations of our staff canteen, including food quality inventory and vendor relationships.
 
 
 
Key Responsibilities :
 
- Supervising and coordinating the work of transportation, landscaping and canteen staff.
 - Developing and implementing efficient processes and procedures to optimize service delivery.
 - Ensuring compliance with SHEQ standards.
 - Building and maintaining relationships with contractors.
