KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Mainintaining the premises surroundings i.e. watering, trimming plants, lawn to ensure a presentable working environment
- Maintain a well-kept appearance of the premises to uphold the image of the organization.
- Facilitate fumigation of the premises as required.
- Inspect water drains for functionality and clearing of blockages.
- Organising, dusting and polishing furniture, fixtures, and surfaces and ensuring supplies are always stocked.
- Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors.
- Cleaning, changing bed linen and ensuring clean towels are available when needed.
- Reporting maintenance issues (e.g., leaky faucets, broken appliances).
- Prepare meals as required by the quests and maintain clean utensils and the kitchen.
- Managing waste disposal according to health guidelines.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE:
- 5 O Levels.
- Diploma in hospitality an added advantage.
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Caretaker
