Overseeing property leasing, rent reviews, and lease administration to ensure compliance with lease terms and conditions.
Implementing property management strategies, analyse performance, and prepare regular reports on portfolio performance and taking corrective action.
Formulating and implementing an annual CRM strategy, engaging with tenants to maintain relationships and resolve queries.
Generating and maintain third-party fee income by marketing services and executing property management mandates.
Providing high-level service and engagement with stakeholders, consistent with strategic objectives.
Conducting market research on rental rates and review rental and operating cost budgets to ensure alignment with market rates.
Preparing the unit budget and monitoring the unit expenditure in line with the budget.
Advising tenants on space planning, negotiate contracts with service providers, and implement property maintenance and refurbishment programs.
Providing leadership, coaching, and mentorship, manage performance and resources, and ensure adequate staffing and training programs.
Qualifications and Experience Required
BSc in Rural & Urban Planning, Real Estate, Property Management, or Facilities Management.
A professional qualification property management/property investments or related qualification.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar or related environment, with at least 2 years in a managerial role in a fairly-sized property management and real estate company.
