Duties and Responsibilities
- Consolidation of annual departmental capital expenditure budgets.
- Coordinating the preparation of quarterly and annual departmental expense budgets.
- Tracking and reporting of actual quarterly and annual departmental expenses and providing explanations for variances in budget,
- Evaluating the financial viability of new projects or initiatives by assessing potential costs against expected benefits.
- Forecasting the future depreciation of property, plant and equipment and maintenance of the fixed assets register,
- Analysis and apportionment of overheads or costs to Accounting Unit (Cost Centers)
- Analysis of actual spending of all outsourced services against contracted amounts.
Qualifications and Experience Required
- A bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- At least 3 years management accounting experience.
- Should be below 35 years of age.
