Key Responsibilities


Recruitment & Selection

  • Assist in developing job descriptions, advertising vacancies, and shortlisting candidates.
  • Coordinate and participate in interviews and selection processes.
  • Manage onboarding and induction programs for new employees.


Employee Relations

  • Act as a point of contact for employees on HR-related queries.
  • Support in handling disciplinary, grievance, and conflict resolution matters.
  • Foster positive workplace relations and employee engagement initiatives.


Performance Management

  • Support the implementation of performance appraisal systems.
  • Assist managers in setting performance goals and monitoring progress.
  • Provide reports and insights on employee performance trends.


Training & Development

  • Identify training needs in collaboration with line managers.
  • Organize internal and external training programs.
  • Maintain records of training activities and evaluate effectiveness.


HR Administration

  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
  • Prepare HR reports and ensure timely submission.
  • Manage leave, benefits, and payroll-related information in coordination with Finance.


Compliance & Policy

  • Ensure adherence to labor laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies.
  • Contribute to updating HR policies and procedures.
  • Monitor compliance with disciplinary and grievance processes.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or related field.
  • At least 2–4 years of HR experience (depending on company size).
  • Good knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR Information Systems (HRIS).
