Main Duties:

  • Builds the corporate’s brand, support sales revenue and enable informed decisions.
  • Delivers and executes marketing campaigns to support revenue objectives and, tactically intervenes to respond to short-term market shifts.
  • Facilitates basket marketing campaigns and performance tracking to evaluate how our corporate brand is seen to ensure an enabling reputational environment for the business.
  • Leads digital assets’ strategy and content creation in line with priorities (e.g. website, LinkedIn)
  • Directs company representation and activity at industry platforms
  • Responsible for Brand management for unrepresented Principals/ support represented Principals
  • Collaborates with Suppliers’ marketing leads to ensure brand health
  • Monitors campaign performance by comparing actual results with budgets
  • Monitors Priority Principals’ stock availability in warehouse & input into purchase forecast in line with marketing activity
  • Maintains up-to-date HCP event calendar, highlighting opportunities
  • Manages third-party service providers to ensure adherence to brand standards
  • Coach and ensure that all direct reports define and pursue competency development plan
  • Manages Customer Complaints.
  • Collaborate with Brand Marketing and Sales to segment & prioritise Customer/ basket matrix
  • Direct the activity of assigned Customer Marketing Assistant.
  • Coach and ensure that all direct reports define and pursue competency development plan

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Marketing or Business-related first degree or equivalent
  • Strong brand management competencies
  • 5 years’ experience in service branding
