Sales and Marketing Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve aggressive growth targets.
• Identify, qualify, and close B2B and institutional deals in mining, construction, security, and agriculture.
• Build long-term relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
• Create impactful brand and digital-marketing campaigns that drive visibility and leads.
• Prepare professional tenders, proposals, and executive presentations.

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years’ proven success in selling tech, engineering, or enterprise solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to exceed sales targets and close large-value deals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
