Project Supervisor

Duties

• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to gain new clients and keep existing ones
• Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts, providing regular updates to management
• Plan and participate in special events to promote the business
• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
•  Identify, establish and follow up with prospective clients that could be converted to meet sales targets

Qualifications and Experience

• Advanced Diploma or a Degree in Draughtsmanship, Construction Engineering, Quantity Surveying or any related qualification
• Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in construction of steel structures
• Experience in Project Management an added advantage
