Carries out the healthcare budget and oversees its implementation.
Lead in identifying leads, pitching healthcare solutions, negotiating and closing deals. Develops and searches for new markets.
Customer profiling
Identify and evaluate emerging products and markets, trends, and industry best practices to improve healthcare service delivery.
Builds customer relationships by understanding and satisfying their needs.
Increases or maintains positive levels of customer satisfaction by providing impeccable customer support as well as providing important information on the product or services.
Lead in employee health issues
Monitoring and evaluating performance of company products and taking the appropriate action.
Analyses and investigates price, demand and competition activities and takes appropriate action.
Develops and conducts healthcare campaigns
Represents the company in various conferences, trade fairs, and networking events to attract more clients
Ensure compliance to ISO9001 QMS
Ensures compliance and adherence to relevant healthcare regulations and standards and legal requirements.
Prepares daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
Sets sales key performance indicators to manage the team’s performance.
Ensures that the team has the required resources to perform their duties.
Ensures that the team is highly motivated.
Defining the tools to capture sales activities and strictly adhering to them.
Mentors and trains subordinates.
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s in Science degree or related discipline.
Masters degree MPH / MBA or related degree will be an added advantage.
At least 5 years of supervisory and leading experience
