Academic Qualifications Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics and Mathematics.
Human Resources Professional qualification in either of the following(CIPD, SHRM ,IPMZ) will be an added advantage
Reward Professional qualifications will be an added advantage.
Experience Required:
5 years’ progressive relevant experience with a proven track record at managerial level.
Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, and programming languages like R, Python, or SPSS will be an added advantage
Key Responsibilities:
Developing dashboards, attrition forecasting predictive model, and providing actionable insights on employee behavior, performance, and engagement to senior leadership.
Develop and implement HR analytics framework to provide insights into workforce trends, productivity, engagement, and turnover.
Analyze HR data to support strategic decision-making and policy formulation.
Develop and maintain HR dashboards, scorecards, and performance metrics (KPIs).
Collaborate with IT and HR teams to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with data protection standards.
Conduct predictive analyses to anticipate workforce risks and identify opportunities for improvement.
Manage efficient delivery of employee records management, onboarding administration, leave management, and HR policy execution.
Design, implement, and periodically review the organisation’s total reward strategy encompassing compensation, benefits, incentives, and recognition programs.
Conduct market benchmarking and pay equity audits to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
Administer the performance-based pay system, ensuring alignment between individual performance, organizational outcomes, and reward policies.
Oversee annual salary reviews, bonus cycles, and benefits administration.
Advise management on reward policies, ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws and organisation’s / government guidelines.
Monitor and report on compensation trends to inform strategic workforce planning.
Collaborate with relevant Divisions to ensure all reward programs comply with relevant regulations and disclosure requirements.
Oversee core HR administrative operations for efficiency and seamless service delivery through managing HR Information Systems (HRIS), ensuring data integrity.
Manage payroll processes, and developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support cross-functional HR initiatives.
Prepare HR analytics, reward, and compliance reports.
Identify and mitigate risks within reward management, payroll governance, and HR data systems.
Ensure compliance with the Labour Act [Chapter 28:01], and the organisation’s internal policies.
Maintain an HR risk register and contribute to enterprise-wide risk management and governance processes.
Ensure effective governance and administration of statutory and institutional benefits, including:NSSA contributions and compliance, Pension Fund administration,Leave, Medical Aid scheme management and Leave.
Maintain strong relationships with benefit providers to ensure service quality, accurate records, and value for employees.
Monitor legislative changes affecting benefits and ensure the organisation’s compliance at all times.
Oversees employee wellness initiatives linked to benefits utilisation.
