Academic Qualifications Required:

• A degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Experience Required:

• 10 years + of experience in a similar role
• Proven record managing large workshops and multi-disciplinary teams
• Advanced knowledge of tractor systems, precision ag, diagnostics & electronics
• Strong financial acumen and business planning skills and
• Ability to lead under pressure and manage high-value customer relationships.
