Direct Sales: Go out and pitch our services directly to corporate, commercial, and industrial clients (e.g., hotels, restaurants, clinics, uniforms for factories) to secure contracts.
Marketing: Run our social media pages (like Facebook, WhatsApp, and Instagram) and use other channels to reach our mass market of individual customers.
Customer Care: Regularly check in with existing clients, handle any complaints quickly, and build long-term relationships.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
Proven, successful experience in direct selling to corporate clients (B2B sales).
A diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, or a similar business field.
A clean Class 4 driver's license (highly recommended for client travel around Harare).
Required Competencies:
Digital skills: Experience managing business social media accounts and running simple online campaigns.
Highly motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.
Very presentable with strong negotiation skills for corporate meetings.
