Duties

  • Oversee all financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
  • Develop and enforce robust internal control systems.
  • Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Ensure full compliance with statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead audit processes and ensure audit readiness. 
  • Oversee all administrative functions across head office and regional operations.
  • Develop, implement, and standardize administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
  • Manage records management systems ensuring accuracy, compliance, and accessibility
  • Lead procurement strategy and supplier management across the organization.
  • Oversee sourcing, tendering, negotiation, and contract management.


Minimum Requirements

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting.
  • Professional qualifications (ACCA, CIMA, CA) is highly preferred.
  • 5 years’ experience in a senior finance/administration/operations role.
