Duties

·        Market Expansion: Identify and penetrate new market segments, including corporate healthcare packages, insurance provider networks, and government health initiatives.

·        Strategic Partnerships: Lead negotiations and secure long-term contracts with hospitals, diagnostic centers, and pharmaceutical partners.

·        Lead Generation: Proactively source and qualify leads through networking, cold outreach, and industry events.

·        Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring high retention rates and identifying upselling opportunities.

·        Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitor movements, and regulatory changes to keep the organisation ahead of the curve.

·        Reporting: Prepare and present monthly growth metrics, pipeline status, and ROI analysis on various business initiatives.


Requirements

·        Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Marketing, An MBA is a significant plus.

·        3–5 years of proven experience in Business Development or Sales, specifically within the Healthcare, MedTech/Medical Device sectors.

·        A strong existing network of contacts within the healthcare industry is highly preferred.
