General Manager

<p>Main Duties: Manages overall company budget, including cost management and profitability Champions the development and implementation of the business strategy and plan Provides direct management of key functional managers in the organization Attends to client complaints/system failures and promotes continuous improvement Champions an environment which promotes high worker morale and productivity Works to align organizational culture, for world-class performance Defines and develops systems, to ensure client expectations are met all the time Builds company image &amp; goodwill, by collaborating all stakeholders, enforcing ethical business practices - stakeholder confidence and trust Champions brand values - client retention and market share growth Participates in business development Chairs executive committee meetings Qualifications: Degree in either Business, Logistics, Marketing, Systems or Finance Minimum of 5 years&rsquo; experience</p>
