Analyse any proposed investments that involve the organisation, making appropriate recommenations and deal structuring.
Providing investment analysis input in crafting NPL resolution strategies.
Performing debt and corporate restructuring activities.
Negotiating and undertaking transactions to invest the company’s assets according to the arrangements determined by the Head of Investments and Portfolio Management.
Monitoring portfolio activities and measuring/analyzing performance including providing full reports documenting investment performance.
Researching investment options; conducting special investment-related projects, including those regarding market and economic trends; preparing financial, statistical, and narrative reports, correspondence, and other documents.
Evaluating and recommending outsourcing of investment management activities.
Identifying investors/AMCs/IAs interested in specific NPL segments/classes, determining and managing information requirements and effectively managing the investor liaison processes.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in finance, mathematics, statistics, business studies, management, accounting or economics.
A professional qualification in the field of investment management would be a distinct advantage.
5 plus years of experience in investment management, corporate restructuring and research.
Strong understanding of accounting, financial statement analysis and business valuation methods (solid analytical skills).
