Duties and Responsibilities You will be responsible for selling of all poultry products such as day old chicks, manure and eggs to all our customers Solving client and customer problems by developing innovative and tailored sales solutions Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands customer base and extends global reach Ensure that there is effectiveness and efficiency in delivering customer orders Employ fair practices in the disbursement of products to customers Ensure compliance of the sales department in so far as the companies’ policies are concerned. Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors Own ultimate responsibility for successfully meeting and exceeding sales goals. Qualifications and Experience Degree in Marketing or any other relevant qualification 3 years experience Experience in selling poultry products and added advantage
