Duties and Responsibilities
- Office management and administrative support for the Chief Finance Officer.
- Draft and circulate agenda and co-ordinate the Finance and Audit Committee meetings, consolidate meeting packs and record minutes of meetings.
- Filing, retrieving and safekeeping of company documents.
- Coordination of the monthly financial departmental meetings.
- Coordination of the monthly management reports and meetings for the Chief Finance Officer.
- Handling of finance customer complaints.
- Arranging and coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements for the finance department.
- Offer relief staff support to the Administration Secretary or to the PA to the CEO.
- Managing subscriptions of Newspapers.
- Updating the Directors Attendance Register and liaise with Chief Finance Officer for Directors payments on a quarterly basis.
Qualifications and Experience
- Executive Secretarial qualification a must.
- Knowledge of consolidating board packs.
- Experience in preparation of minutes.
- In depth knowledge of computer skills.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience working for an executive.
- Degree in Business Administration/Accounting
