Main Duties: Administrative Support for the Principal Nursing Officer (PNO) and Nursing Department. Coordination of the Nursing Managers, Senior Sisters, Junior Sisters meetings. Preparation and coordination of the Nursing monthly management report for the PNO Coordination of the Medical Audit Committee meeting together with the PA to the CEO. Compilation of the Medical Advisory committee Package and taking minutes during meetings. Compilation of the HRN board pack together with the PCM. Arranging and coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements for the nursing department. Facilitate the annual renewal of all nursing practicing certificates and hospital licensing renewal with HPA and City of Harare. Daily compilation and updating of hospital statistics. Live chat customer support. Stakeholder data updating. Qualifications: Executive Secretarial qualification a must. Degree in Business Administration/Accounting, finance qualification an added advantage Experience working for an executive Knowledge of consolidating board packs. Experience in the preparation of minutes. In depth knowledge of computer skills.
