Role and Responsibility

Reporting to the Chief Executive, the incumbent will be responsible for:

• Strategy leadership and execution
\r\n
• Financial management and control
\r\n
• Business growth and retention in line with the strategic and business plans.
\r\n
• Anticipating and managing risks associated with the Health insurance company
\r\n
• Stakeholder management
\r\n
• Staff management and development.
\r\n

Education and Qualifications

\r\n\r\n

\r\n
• Relevant Undergraduate Degree
\r\n
• Post-graduate business related qualification is an added advantage.
\r\n

\r\n\r\n

Experience and Attributes

\r\n\r\n

\r\n
• Ten (10) years’ relevant experience, five (5) of which should be at executive level in an insurance environment.
\r\n
• Experience in managing a health insurance business will be an added advantage.
\r\n
• A self-starter with a passion for achievement.
\r\n
• Good networking skills and appreciation of the dynamics of the health insurance business.
