Role and Responsibility
Reporting to the Chief Executive, the incumbent will be responsible for:
- Strategy leadership and execution
- Financial management and control
- Business growth and retention in line with the strategic and business plans.
- Anticipating and managing risks associated with the Health insurance company
- Stakeholder management
- Staff management and development.
Education and Qualifications
- Relevant Undergraduate Degree
- Post-graduate business related qualification is an added advantage.
Experience and Attributes
- Ten (10) years’ relevant experience, five (5) of which should be at executive level in an insurance environment.
- Experience in managing a health insurance business will be an added advantage.
- A self-starter with a passion for achievement.
- Good networking skills and appreciation of the dynamics of the health insurance business.
