<p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Assist in the implementation of 1 st tier package and provide support.</li> <li>Coordinating IT Projects</li> <li>Ensuring effective on-going support for all systems in use by the company</li> <li>Provide management support for the ICT service support operation</li> <li>Provide day to day management oversight for the service desk operation to ensure incidents & service requests & escalations to ICT management are dealt with in a timely fashion.</li> <li>Recommend improvements in the system</li> <li>Provide additional management/ Technical support</li> <li>Provide regular reports to Finance Manager on issues relating to the ICT service support operation.</li> <li>Manage day to day issues of the ICT Process.</li> <li>Provide input into ICT budget preparation process</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications and Experience</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science</li> <li>IT Certification</li> <li>MBA an added advantage </li> <li>Experience in the ICT field</li> <li>Ability to problem solve</li> <li>Must be technically oriented with business acumen</li> <li>Be adaptable & able to meet deadlines on assignments</li> <li>Must be able to work from any way in the region</li> <li>Clean class 4 driver’s license</li> </ul>
