Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist in the implementation of 1 st tier package and provide support.
- Coordinating IT Projects
- Ensuring effective on-going support for all systems in use by the company
- Provide management support for the ICT service support operation
- Provide day to day management oversight for the service desk operation to ensure incidents & service requests & escalations to ICT management are dealt with in a timely fashion.
- Recommend improvements in the system
- Provide additional management/ Technical support
- Provide regular reports to Finance Manager on issues relating to the ICT service support operation.
- Manage day to day issues of the ICT Process.
- Provide input into ICT budget preparation process
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science
- IT Certification
- MBA an added advantage
- Experience in the ICT field
- Ability to problem solve
- Must be technically oriented with business acumen
- Be adaptable & able to meet deadlines on assignments
- Must be able to work from any way in the region
- Clean class 4 driver’s license
