Duties & Responsibilities Preparations of cost estimates, budgets, and work timetables Interpret and explain contracts and technical information to other professionals Report work progress and budget matters to the client(s) Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction specialists Select, schedule, and coordinate sub-contractor activities Respond to (any) work delays, emergencies, and other problems encountered Comply with all legal requirements, building and safety codes, and other regulations Qualifications & Experience Degree in Civil Engineering At least 5 years of experience in a similar role Strong initiative and decision-making abilities Ability to lead and motivate a team. Must have excellent time management skills Must be prepared to work in a foreign land (SADC)
