- Support the CEO to manage workload and activities.
- Coordinate and maintain the diary of the CEO including organizing of all appointments,
- meetings, & travel arrangements

- - manage the Chief Executive's office.
- - answering calls and handling queries,
- - preparing correspondence on the principal's behalf,
- - commissioning work on the principal's behalf,
- - liaising with staff, clients, etc.,
- - managing the principal's electronic diary,
- - booking meetings, organizing travel and preparing complex travel itineraries,
- - attend meetings on the CEO's behalf when not available
- - writing minutes, taking dictation,
- - planning, organizing and managing events,
- - managing budgets,
- - attending events/meetings as the principal's representative,
- - conducting research on the internet where necessary,
- - writing reports, executive summaries and preparation and production of newsletters,
- - preparing presentations and papers for meetings,

- - sourcing and ordering stationery and office equipment,

- - managing an Assistant.
- Screening incoming calls, making notes of essential information and prioritizing the calls to be
- taken or returned by the CEO.
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in Business Management
- At Least 5 years of experience
- Should also have good typing skills, as well as proficiency in grammar, spelling and writing
- Must have both good spoken and written English. Portuguese an added advantage
