Experience Commercial/Residential Construction Management Experience: Senior Project Architect, Director of Architecture in Construction or Professional Engineer who has directed construction activities Deep construction knowledge Strong 'people' skills Strong organizational skills Ability to oversee multiple jobs Lead field operations Oversee PM's, Supers, etc. Ability to work inside the office and outside on sites Ability to interact with all clients in a professional manner Computer literate AIA, NCARB, LEEDS preferable.
