Duties and Responsibilities The digital marketing consultant will be doing all B2B and B2C marketing for all products and services on different social media platforms. The person is to help the company to increase its brand awareness, to grow its social media followers with 100%+ and is to blend in and work together with the current team. The digital marketing consultant must also be able to design stunning visuals. Repackaging existing content into marketing assets and email magnets Design stunning visuals e.g. infographics Creation and coordination of webinars Set up emails, email catchers, automations and campaigns Creating weekly newsletters and running experiments to find the best ways to engage the audience Creating and optimising ads for aid paid advertising channels i.e. LinkedIn, Google, Facebook Ensure a Return On Advertisement Spent (ROAS) of 100%+ on any amount spent Experiment new testing campaigns, ad formats and segments to expand the reach Provide ways to measure campaign performance at different stages Keep up to date with all changes on each social media platform to be able to adjust campaigns accordingly To be the voice of the organisation – influential brand ambassador To be in charge of all the social media platforms i.e. Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram etc. Sharing posts on social media platforms and blogs Responding to social comments and questions Writing catchy social media copy Developing and implementing the social media strategy Setting up new social media accounts and channels to different audiences and grow the reach faster Qualifications and Experience A degree in Digital Marketing or any other relevant degree Experience in social media management or marketing Ability to think creatively and execute tasks while using a data-driven approach to measure the impact of social media messages and campaigns Customer-friendly and able to answer sometimes complex questions quickly and accurately Excellent written and communication skills in English Able to coordinate with multiple people and peers Excellent in creating and repackaging high-value content that is useful to our customers Strong eye for design, aesthetics and brand consistency
