Industrial Psychology Consultants (Pvt) Ltd has been contracted by the Zimplats Mhondoro-Ngezi, Chegutu, Zvimba Community Share Ownership Trust to assist with the recruitment and selection of a suitable candidate for the position of Receptionist.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Answer telephone, screen and direct calls
- Telesales and counter sales
- Stationary inventory control
- Provide information to callers
- Deal with queries from the public and customers
- Ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization
- Provide general administrative and clerical support
- Prepare correspondence and documents
- Schedule appointments
- Taking minutes in meetings
- Organize conference and meeting room bookings
- Co-ordinate meetings and organize catering
- Preparing and circulating notices
- Control inventory relevant to the reception area
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma in Secretarial Management
- Relevant degree will be an added advantage
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
- Traceable work experience in a community share ownership trust is an added advantage
