Main Duties: Contributes to the development and review of human resources strategies, policies and procedures and implementing the same. Contributes to manpower planning and administration in liaison with departments Provides advice, guidance and assistance to managers and employees on HR related issues Coordinated employee recruitment and selection process Ensures relevant job descriptions are in place in liaison with departments Administers the performance management system, monitors and reports on the same. Identifies employee training needs and provides input on employee training and development. Interprets and applies collective bargaining agreement. Coordinates, attends and provides practical, correct and consistent advice, guidance on disciplinary and grievance actions ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Collects, processing and reviews payroll input data in SAP system Administer and process employee benefits Promotes the presence of constructive industrial relations and employee communication strategy Ensure staff comply to health and safety regulations. Qualifications: Degree in Human resources or related discipline At least 3 years’ relevant experience in FMCG Professional membership or qualification e.g. IPMZ Computer literacy and knowledge of SAP. Clean Class 4 driver’s licence.
