Main Duties: Gather data on market demographics and researches on new innovations and product trends. Identifies potential strategic business partners using market intelligence. Recommends and coordinates research tools for data collection. Drafts and presents new product and delivery channel proposals. Performs post-launch evaluation of products and delivery channels. Coordinates and facilitates the signing of Service Level Agreements. Carries out regular competitor analysis and recommends product pricing reviews. Maintains and updates the Bank’s business conditions and communicates to staff and customers. Analyses and advises the Bank on the e implications of the monetary and fiscal policy statements. Analyses and reports on material market, industry and business trends to provide insights for executive decision making. Produces and updates the Statistical Bulletin showing trends on key performance metrics. Collates and completes Information Returns/Requests by regulators. Assists in formulation of the annual Marketing plan Qualifications: Degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics or Marketing Three (3) years in marketing research
